Description
We are looking for aSales Administratorto join our sales team and help us achieve our goals of excellent service and growth as a team. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for external sales representatives. A good knowledge of customer service best practices with experience in same is preferable, alongside a willingness to learn. Good organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and exhibit a willingness to grow as part of a team and within the role.
Sales Administratorduties and responsibilities
• Produce quotations to suit requirements
• Process sales orders
• Check data accuracy in output, including quotations, orders, and invoices
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Liaise with the production department to ensure delivery to customer schedule
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Communicate feedback from customers to internal departments to improve our services
• Ensure all enquiries are responded to rapidly and diligently
• Outbound calls to lapsed customers for quote/ requirement validation and support
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Support and facilitate the External Sales Team and their customers Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
• Methodical with attention to detail
• Hands on experience with CRM software, and MS Office (MS Excel, WORD & PowerPoint in particular)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Ability to work to deadline
