OUR APPROACH

Not only will we ensure that they have the relevant skills and work experience, but also that they will be the right team fit. We achieve this by screening all our candidates and putting them through the 1st stage interview, it is only then, we will send you their CV and profile and on this recommendation you can decide should you wish to interview the candidate.

 

We recruit for permanent recruitment and supply to many different industries, from Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Office Support, HR & Finance, Marketing & Sales, Education & Health Care. There is no position we cannot recruit and skill match the right person to based on your business needs and requirments and for those niche positions we also know with enough questioning and background knowledge we can fill it.

 

We recruit throughout the whole UK market place, so for those companies with multi outlets there is no need to go elsewhere and start again.

THE PROCESS

STEP 1

 

We visit all of our clients to gain a full understanding of their business processes and get a feel for the people they work with.

STEP 2

 

We will agree terms and then proceed to advertise your vacancy on multiple jobboards.

STEP 3

 

We will screen all applications so you can spend your time on your job at hand, we will send you the strongest candidates for you to interview.

STEP 4

 

When you have successfully chosen the candidate for your business, it is only then we will invoice for our services. No upfront costs

With over 20 years Sales and Customer Service experience. Alex prides himself on getting the job done to a very high standard and ensuring his clients are satisfied. Alex has exceptional negotiation skills.

 

Alex is originally from the Motor Trade industry.

JOLENE BANNISTER

SALES DIRECTOR/OWNER

 

With over 15 years Sales experience and 8 within Recruitment, Jolene has built her client base throughout the UK & Ireland. She recruits for Permanent and Contract roles in a variety of fields and is very successful in her role.

 

Jolene Originally came from Banking, Financial and the Motor Trade and has a vast amount of experience within the Engineering, Manufacturing field.

ROSEMARY

RESOURCER & OFFICE MANAGER

 

With over 12 years Office experience. Rose has a wealth of experience from Administration, Accounts, Payroll, Sales Support and Customer Service. She is the glue to the team and runs the office with strong leadership.

 

Rose originally came from Data Cabling, Infrastructure Engineering field.
